By using the Platform, you agree to the applicable policies related to such transactions. Your use of the Platform constitutes an agreement with Neo Pay, and the terms and conditions, along with the policies, form your binding obligations with Neo Pay.
When using any services provided by us, you will be subject to the applicable rules, guidelines, policies, and terms that are part of the Terms of Use (ToU).
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove parts of the ToU at any time. If the updates materially impact your use of the Platform, we will notify you through one of the communication channels. Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revisions. As long as you comply with the ToU, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited privilege to access and use the Platform.
By accepting the ToU, you agree to comply with all of Neo Pay’s policies, as amended from time to time.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information as requested during your use of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your display name, login credentials, and password. If you provide inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, or if we suspect such information, we may suspend or terminate your account.
If you request the closure of your account, it will be placed on hold for 90 days to ensure the smooth closure of any transactions made prior to the request. During this period, you can contact us for payment or taxation reports.
You may request account deletion by emailing us at neopay24@gmail.com or via the platform.
Some information, including your registered mobile number, email, PAN number, and transaction-related details, will be retained for auditing purposes and to prevent fraud. If you decide to engage with Neo Pay again, your old account can be restored, but you will not be able to create a new one.
Neo Pay is a platform that facilitates transactions and interactions between users. We are not a party to any transaction or dispute between users. Neo Pay does not make any guarantees about the quality, value, or availability of products or services listed on the platform, and we accept no liability for errors or omissions by third parties.
Neo Pay will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the Terms of Use, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
The ToU will be governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh.
Neo Pay makes no representation that the content on our mobile app is suitable or available for use in locations outside of India. If you access the platform from other countries, you do so at your own risk, and Neo Pay is not responsible for compliance with local laws or any related issues.
